Our Inner Light session begins with restorative yoga, a practice focused on gentle, supported poses that help to release tension and promote relaxation. Using props like blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps, we create a comfortable, supportive environment that allows your body to fully relax into each pose. These props are essential for making poses more accessible, helping you to feel fully supported without strain.


Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, restorative yoga is perfect for all levels. By holding each pose for a longer duration, the body is given time to open, stretch, and release deeply-held tension. Our trained instructors guide you through each stretch, encouraging mindfulness and helping you breathe into each moment. This practice allows you to restore balance, reconnect with your body, and tap into a profound sense of inner peace.


The Sound Bath: Harnessing the Healing Power of Sound

A sound bath uses instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells, and rain sticks. However, please be mindful of wearing strong scents to class, keeping them subtle to ensure a personal experience for all participants. For those who smoke, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending directly after smoking as smoking odors can linger on clothing and hair.
